PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device preventing a packaging material of an article to be conveyed from being caught in a gap between a guide and a member for changing an attitude of the article to be conveyed.SOLUTION: In this conveying device 100, when a package B is rotated while abutting against a protruding body 121 in a protruding state, a control part 190 moves the protruding body 121 in a direction crossing the conveyance direction of the package B. Accordingly, a corner of the package B is prevented from being caught in a gap between the protruding body 121 and a guide member 110. As a result, it is avoided that the package B cannot rotate. This effect is particularly exerted in a soft package article having a corner that is likely to be caught in the gap between the protruding body 121 and the guide member 110.
