Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a machining time for machining an arc-shaped workpiece, and to machine the arc-shaped workpiece having a size beyond the machining capability of a conventional five-face machining device.SOLUTION: A five-face machining device 10 includes: a pair of columns 12 and 12 erected in a direction vertical with respect to a base; a cross rail 11 which can rise and fall along an axis W being a vertical direction of the pair of columns; a main axis head 14 which can move along an axis Y being a horizontal direction of the cross rail; a ram 15 whose position is controlled along an axis Z being a vertical direction of the main axis head; a swivel head 16 provided at an end of the ram; and a machining table 30 provided reciprocally movably along an axis X direction vertical to a direction in which the cross rail is suspended in a region interposed between the pair of columns. The five-face machining device 10 further includes a rotary table 32 which can be rotationally driven with respect to an upper surface of the machining table 30 and on which the workpiece can be placed. |
