GOLF BAG WITH RETENTION SYSTEM AND METHOD TO MANUFACTURE GOLF BAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that the leg of a retraction mechanism can maintain in the retracted position.SOLUTION: A golf bag includes an extensible bag stand and a retention system. The extensible bag stand includes the retraction mechanism having a first end connected to an elongated body and a second end attached to a plurality of legs. The retention system includes: a biasing portion having a first end attached to a first portion of the elongated body and a second end attached to a second portion of the elongated body; and a retention strap having a first end engaged to the biasing portion and a second end configured to engage to the retraction mechanism. The retention strap retracts the retraction mechanism in response to an external force applied to the biasing portion such that the retention strap positions and maintains the plurality of legs substantially in the retracted position.
