Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence observation device allowing observation by a high-quantitativeness fluorescence image by sufficiently removing dependency on a distance or the like remaining in a divided image.SOLUTION: This fluorescence observation device 100 includes: a preprocessing part 46 multiplying at least one of a fluorescence image and a reference light image by a coefficient where a previously acquired distance characteristic of fluorescence intensity and distance characteristic of return light intensity have direct proportion relation to each other with a standard sample to generate a correcting fluorescence image and a correcting reference light image; a divided image generation part 43 dividing the correcting fluorescence image by the correcting reference light image to generate a divided image; a threshold value setting part 45 setting a threshold value based on the mean value of a gradation value of each pixel in the divided image; an image adjustment part 51 expanding contrast in the division image between a region having the gradation value larger than the set threshold value and a region having the gradation value smaller than the threshold value; and a monitor 50 displaying the divided image where the contrast is expanded.
