COATING EXFOLIATING TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating exfoliating tool capable of forming a deep cut while preventing damage of a core wire.SOLUTION: A collar part 6a is provided on one side via a pivot shaft 4 pivoting a pair of holding halves 2 relatively rotatably, and a pair of gripping parts 12 are provided on the other side. The collar part 6 is provided with, from a side near the pivot shaft 4, an outer coating round slice part 8 for forming a round slice-like cut on an outer coating of a multi-core wire, and an inner coating round slice part 10 for forming a round slice-like cut on an inner coating. Round slice blades 10e are attached on both sides of the inner coating round slice part 10 in a thickness direction of the collar part 6. Also, a projection part 10a extending in an axial line direction 4a of the pivot shaft 4 is formed in a housing groove 10b for an inner coated wire formed on a holding face side of the collar part 6.
