Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize more convenient non-contact charging type secondary battery and non-contact charger.SOLUTION: A non-contact charging type alkaline secondary battery 1 includes: an alkaline secondary battery 10; a power receiving circuit 21 including power receiving coils L1 to L4, a resonance capacitor C1 connected to the power receiving coils L1 to l4 in parallel and receiving alternating current power of a resonance frequency by a magnetic field resonance; a rectification circuit 22 for rectifying alternating current power received by the power receiving circuit 21; a current limit circuit 23 for limiting a charging current from the rectification circuit 22 to the alkaline secondary battery 10; and a columnar-shape external body 30 housing the alkaline secondary battery 10 and containing a positive electrode terminal 31 connected to a positive electrode 12 of the alkaline secondary battery 10 and a negative electrode terminal 32 connected to a negative electrode 13 of the alkaline secondary battery 10, where the power receiving coils L1 to L4 including wires wound along a plane surface and formed in a sheet-like shape are provided along an inner surface 33 of the external body 30.
