PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation system which makes it easy to measure the condition of the entire circuit electrically connecting a solar cell module and a power conditioner which links the solar cell module to a utility grid.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation system 1 comprises: a plurality of junction boxes 7 which electrically connects a plurality of solar cell strings 6 in parallel in multiple stages; a power conditioner 11, electrically connected to a junction box 7b located at a terminal end, which links the solar cell strings 6 to a utility grid; a plurality of input side ammeters 25 which measure current on the input side of the junction boxes 7; a plurality of output side ammeters 26 which measure current on the output side of the junction boxes 7; a plurality of voltmeters 27 which measure voltage on the output side of the junction boxes 7; a plurality of information gathering devices 31 which acquire the measurement results of the input side ammeters 25, the output side ammeters 26 and the voltmeters 27, and transmit the acquired data; and a storage device 32 which receives the measurement results of the input side ammeters 25, the output side ammeters 26 and the voltmeters 27 from the information gathering devices 31, and stores the received data therein.
