Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window-like lighting device capable of attaining a uniform luminance distribution in a plane of a dimming plate.SOLUTION: The window-like lighting device includes a surface-shaped dimming member having an incident surface and an emitting surface and emitting light incident from the incident surface from the emitting surface by refracting the light, a lattice member having a first side face approximately perpendicular to the dimming member and a second side face opposite to the first side face, a light source arranged on the first side face of the lattice member, and a reflection section arranged on the second side face and reflecting light from the light source to the incident surface of the dimming member.
