A user slides to operate the slide bar to the touch panel 61. When the slide bar is slid to be operated to the touch panel 61 by the user, and it is determined that the speed of the slide operation is faster than a set speed, a control part 2 controls the adjustment amount on the basis of the set speed. On the other hand, when it is determined that the speed of the slide operation by the user is equal to or slower than the set speed, the control part 2 controls the adjustment amount on the basis of the speed of the slide operation. In this case, an adjustment position corresponding to the slide operation by the user, a position of the adjustment amount to be controlled and the like are displayed in association with the slide bar on a touch display part 6.
