Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system capable of fairly distributing air-conditioning energy consumption for each tenant.SOLUTION: In an energy management system, a building management device 9 installed in a customer building 1 allows a storage device 13 to store measurement data of an integrating wattmeter 4 for an air-conditioner, measurement data of an indoor thermometer 6, and air-conditioner operation period data of an air-conditioner 2, and transmits the data to a calculation device 15 via a communication line 14. The calculation device 15 includes: a floor area coefficient storage section 20A for storing a ratio of each floor area to a total floor area for each tenant 5 as a floor area coefficient; an indoor average temperature calculation section 26A for calculating an indoor average temperature of each tenant 5; an air-conditioning energy coefficient calculation section 26B for calculating air-conditioning energy coefficient of each tenant 5; and an air-conditioning energy calculation section 26 for calculating air-conditioner power consumption of each tenant 5. The calculation device 15 distributes power consumption proportionally by considering the indoor average temperature and the floor area of each tenant 5.
