Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of a pressure vessel by making a fiber reinforced resin layer at a body part to be hardly fractured.SOLUTION: The pressure vessel 1 includes an inner shell 3 composed of a resin molded article, and an outer shell 5 as a reinforcing layer composed of FRP to cover the outer peripheral side of the inner shell 3. The outer shell 5 includes a helical layer 11 in which a fiber reinforced material is helically wound around a body part D of the inner shell 3 and end plate parts E, F, and a hoop layer 13 in which a fiber reinforced material is circumferentially wound around the body part D of the inner shell 3. On this occasion, axially-produced-strain of the pressure vessel 1 that is produced in the axial direction when gas is filled is made smaller than fracture strain of the pressure vessel 1 when the fiber reinforced material of the hoop layer 13 is fractured in a fiber right angle direction due to the axially-produced-strain. |
