Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air flow rate sensor calibration device which performs control for completely shutting off an EGR during traveling without increasing NOemission and achieves improvement in detection accuracy of the intake air quantity.SOLUTION: The air flow rate sensor calibration device includes: an engine brake detecting part 4 which detects that the speed is being reduced by the operation of an engine brake by turning the accelerator off during traveling; an EGR complete shut-off control part 6 which performs control for completely shutting off an EGR valve 5 during deceleration with the engine brake; a basic formula calculation part 7 which calculates the intake air quantity by a basic formula when the EGR is completely shut-off; a volumetric efficiency correction calculation part 8 which corrects and calculates a variation in volumetric efficiency by multiplying the value, calculated by the basic formula, by a correction term; a calibrated value storage part 9 which learns a difference between the calculated value of the intake air quantity and the value of the intake air quantity detected by an MAF sensor 3 and stores the difference as a calibrated value; and a calibration calculation part 10 which adds the calibrated value to the value of the intake air quantity detected by the MAF sensor 3 and sets the result as the intake air quantity.
