VEHICLE BODY REAR STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily arrange a receiving member in a vehicle, and to transmit a collision load to a vehicle body floor in vehicle rear-end collision.SOLUTION: In the vehicle 10, a bracket unit 50 is fastened together with an rear seat attachment frame 44 to a center floor panel 18 by bolt 42 and weld nut. Accordingly, as the bracket unit 50 is attached to the center floor panel 18 in an attachment portion (the weld nut) of the center floor panel 18 for connecting the rear seat, the bracket unit 50 can be readily arranged in the vehicle 10. Moreover, the bracket unit 50 is fastened to the center floor panel 18, so the collision load which is inputted from a spare time to the bracket unit 50 can be transmitted to the center floor panel.
