Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distribution device for accurately determining temperature sensor failures (high temperature failure and grounding failure) and improving vehicle travel stability when switching a control for performing the driving force distribution between a main driving wheel and a driven wheel to a control for performing the driving force distribution to only the main driving wheel.SOLUTION: A microcomputer determines the high temperature failure of the temperature sensor when a temperature detected by the temperature sensor is less than a prescribed value 1 and an engine rotation off time detected by engine rotation off time detection means when starting engine rotation of the vehicle is less than a prescribed value 2. The microcomputer determines the grounding failure of the temperature sensor when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is less than the prescribed value 1 and the engine rotation off time detected by the engine rotation off time detection means when starting the engine rotation of the vehicle is the prescribed value 2 or more.
