Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate superior in both adhesion between a resin base material and a cured coated layer and adhesion between the cured coated layer and an inorganic substance layer, and also extremely superior in weather resistance and friction damage resistance, and to provide a method of manufacturing the laminate.SOLUTION: There is provided the laminate in which the cured coated layer (I) formed of an active energy-ray curing primer composition and the inorganic substance layer (II) are sequentially laminated on the resin base material. The laminate is also characterized in that: the active energy-ray curing primer composition is (A) a silsesquioxane compound having organic groups which are directly coupled to silicone atoms; at least one of the organic groups contains the silsesquioxane compound being the organic group having a (meth) acryloyloxy group, and (B) a photopolymerization initiator; and the inorganic substance layer (II) is formed by dry film-forming method. There is also provided the manufacturing method of the laminate.
