BASE PAPER FOR SIDE PLATE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING PAPER CONTAINER, AND PAPER CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base paper for side plates, which allows the production efficiency of a paper container to be improved and decreases a case in which the curled edge of the produced paper container uncurls, to provide a method for producing the paper container, and to provide the paper container.SOLUTION: When a curl is formed at the upper edge of the paper container, which is formed by combining the base paper 1 for side plates with a base paper for a bottom plate, while referring to figures (1) and (2), a forming press die 37 is pressed to the upper edge 3 of the fixed base paper 1 as a side plate. Then, an outside portion 6 with respect to a ruled line 5 formed on the base paper 1 as the side plate is bended toward the outside of the base paper 1 as the side plate and a paper remainder part 7 of a curl forming portion 4 reserved for curl formation is curled toward the outside along the circular-arcuate forming surface 38 and the curl forming surface 39, so that the outside portion 6 is bent and the curled edge 16 is formed as shown in Fig.(3). Accordingly, the case is decreased in which the curled edge 16 uncurls and the quality of the curled edge 16 is improved. Since a bending step and a curling step are carried out at one step, the production efficiency is improved.
