SHAPE MEASUREMENT METHOD OF METAL PLATE, SHAPE MEASUREMENT IMPLEMENT AND ROLLING METHOD OF METAL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape measurement method of a metal plate which can accurately obtain a true warpage distribution possessed by the metal plate on the basis of a shape profile of the rolled metal plate, a shape measurement implement and a rolling method of the metal plate for controlling a shape of the metal plate on the basis of the true warpage distribution.SOLUTION: The shape profile of the rolled metal plate is measured (S01), the metal plate is divided into the width direction, a dimensionless inherent warpage distribution with the warpage of one divided plate in a position in the width direction set as 1 is assumed, a buckling shape profile and critical buckling warpage based on the assumption are calculated (S02, S05), the measured shape profile is set as a target parameter, a buckling shape profile based on the assumed dimensionless inherent warpage distribution is set as an explanation parameter, a contribution degree is obtained (S03, S06), the buckling inherent warpage of the position in the width direction is calculated by multiplying the critical buckling warpage with the contribution degree (S04, S07), and an elongation warpage difference distribution calculated from the shape profile and the buckling inherent warpage are overlapped with each other, thus obtaining the true warpage distribution possessed by the metal plate (S09).
