METHOD FOR RECYCLING CAP OF SPRINKLER HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method for taking off, collecting and reusing a cap covering the lower part of a sprinkler head to protect from an external impact after completion of installation work of a sprinkler.SOLUTION: The recycling method is based on the premise that a metallic, particularly an aluminum-made cap is used, and includes: a collection process S100 of collecting the cap from the sprinkler head with a mounted cap set at the site; a sorting process S200 of sorting the reusable caps out of those collected in the collection process; and a mounting process S400 of remounting the cap sorted in the sorting process to the sprinkler head. The regeneration process S300 is provided as needed for cleaning and remolding the cap which cannot be recycled as it is because of fouling or deformation.
