PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for establishing a communication path between a call partner of a call which is originated from a radio telephone terminal or terminated at the radio telephone terminal and a fixed telephone terminal close to the radio telephone terminal, without passing through the radio telephone terminal.SOLUTION: A mobile telephone terminal 1A transmits a callback command with an ID of a call partner of a call, which is an originating call of the mobile telephone terminal 1A to a mobile telephone network 4 or an incoming call to the mobile telephone terminal 1A from the mobile telephone network 4, to a fixed telephone terminal 2A close to the mobile telephone terminal 1A by short-range radio communication 6. When receiving the callback command from the radio telephone terminal 1A through the short-range radio communication 6, the fixed telephone terminal 2A originates a call whose transmission destination is the ID given to the callback command, to a fixed telephone network 5.
