Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for forming fluorescent sheets, which can give, at low costs, the fluorescent sheets exhibiting good light resistance, low in light absorbance for visible light, using a low cost resin material, and controlling the deterioration of a fluorescent body due to moisture.SOLUTION: The resin composition for forming the fluorescent sheets, which can give, at low costs, the fluorescent sheets exhibiting good light resistance, low in light absorbance for visible light, using a low cost resin material, and controlling the deterioration of fluorescent body due to moisture, comprises: a resin composition for films; and a powdery fluorescent body emitting fluorescent light by the irradiation of exited light. A resin composition containing a hydrogenated styrenic copolymer is preferably used as the resin composition for the films. A sulfide-based fluorescent body is preferably used as the fluorescent body. The hydrogenated styrenic copolymer includes the hydrogenation product of styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer. CaS:Eu is used as a preferable sulfide-based fluorescent body.
