CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF TERMINAL FITTING AND BUS BAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal fitting and a connection structure of a bus bar capable of preventing loosening of a nut and plastic-deformation of the terminal fitting and the bus bar with a few number of parts.SOLUTION: A connection structure 1 is a connection structure between a terminal fitting and a bus bar in which a connection section 52 of a terminal fitting 5 and a connection section 40 of a bus bar 4 are set so as to be overlapped with each other, a bolt 3 is inserted through a through hole 51 of the connection section 52 and a cutout 44 of the connection section 40, and a nut 7 is screwed with the bolt 3 to thereby keep such a state that the connection sections 52 and 40 are brought into contact with each other. The connection section 40 of the bus bar 4 is formed of a metal plate having a flat portion bent in a U-like shape in cross-section. The connection section 40 has a first flat portion 41, a second flat portion 42 parallel to the first flat portion 41 and a bent portion 43. In a state where the nut 7 is screwed with the bolt 3, an elastic restoration force is generated on the first flat portion 41 and the second flat portion 42 in a direction of separating away each other.
