PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A spherical body suction head includes a suction plate 22 configured by laminating a plurality of plates 61 in which through holes 62 are formed, and is configured such that spherical bodies can be suctioned by suction air from a plurality of gas flow paths 23 configured by making each through hole 62 of each adjoining plate 61 communicate with each other at the edge part of the openings 23a of the gas flow paths 23 on the suction face 22a of the suction plate 22. A through hole 62a (a first through hole) is formed in a group of plates 61 including one plate 61a (a plate for forming one face) forming the suction face 22a from among each plate 61. A larger-diameter through hole 62b (a second through hole) than the through hole 62a is formed on other plate 61 except the group of plates 61. Each through hole 62b communicates with a plurality of through holes 62a. Each through hole 62a communicates with only one through hole 62b.
