MICROLENS ARRAY, MICROLENS ARRAY UNIT AND IMAGE READING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens array, a microlens array unit and an image reading device which are inexpensive and high in image quality.SOLUTION: A microlens array includes an aperture 11 having a plurality of holes 13 and functioning as a light shielding member, and a plurality of microlens 12 functioning as a transparent member laminated on the aperture 11. The plurality of the microlens 12 are overlaid on the plurality of the holes 13 included in the aperture 11 so as to cover them, respectively. Moreover, such microlens arrays may be formed into a micro array unit by arranging them in parallel to each other.
