Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming die capable of surely holding an end of a blank material, and having a good yield of a material.SOLUTION: A notch C is formed in the blank material W by cutting blades 12 and 32 provided on fastening surfaces 40 (a pressing surface 11 of a die 10 and a pressing surface 31 of a blank holder 30), and a fitting surface S (a side surface 34 of a recessed part 33 of the blank holder 30) is abutted to a cut surface W3 by the notch C from a forming surface side, and they are fitted with each other, and thus, intrusion of the blank material W into the forming surface side is regulated.
