Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive scaffolding material that does not contain a mammal origin factor, and further to provide a technique that induces differentiation in a higher efficiency than a case in which the mammal origin factor is used in a differentiation-inducing method of a stem cell.SOLUTION: The differentiation-inducing method of a stem cell includes a process in which a stem cell is differentiated on jellyfish collagen, and a culturing reagent for including stem cell differentiation induction and a kit including the reagent are disclosed.
