Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a blurred image in such a way that a region which is out of focus will be prettily blurred.SOLUTION: An image processing unit 25 comprises a blurring processing part 36, a focus stack image calculation part 37, a PSF kernel calculation part 38, and an image sharpening part 39. The blurring processing part 36 executes convolution processing on a plurality of multifocus images by using a circular opening of blurring radius proportional from a desired focus position or a Gaussian or any other blurring kernel. The focus stack image calculation part 37 calculates from the plurality of images processed by the blurring processing part 36 an intensity averaged image or a focus stack image as the sum of intensity averages. The image sharpening part 39 applies deconvolution processing to the focus stack image on the basis of a predetermined focus stack PSF kernel to generate a blurred image.
