Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner device which prevents droplets caused by dew condensation from dropping to an internal device installed in a housing and adhering thereto.SOLUTION: A power conditioner device according to one embodiment of this invention includes: a housing 10 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape; an internal device 30 and a fan 40 which are installed in the housing 10; and a draining plate 20 provided between the internal device 30 and an upper surface part 11 of the housing 10 and receiving droplets occurring at the inner side of the upper surface part 11 due to dew condensation and dropped from the upper surface part 11.
