Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient intake air amount while inhibiting air exhaust from an exhaust port from coming around an intake port.SOLUTION: A power conditioner device 100 is attached to an attachment surface 1 and includes: a housing 10 in which an electric device converting direct current power into alternating current power is installed and having a rear surface part 11 facing the attachment surface 1; an internal intake port 11a provided at the rear surface part 11 of the housing 10 and drawing air from the exterior to the interior of the housing 10; a cover box part 20 provided at the rear surface part 11 of the housing 10 so as to cover the internal intake port 11a; an intake port 21a provided at a side surface part 21 of the cover box part 20 and drawing the air taken into the housing 10 through the internal intake port 11a; and an exhaust port 12a provided at a bottom surface part 12 of the housing 10 and exhausting the air drawn from the intake port 21a to the exterior of the housing 10.
