Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size, large capacity, low ESR, small leak current and high voltage electrolytic capacitor capable of increasing the productivity.SOLUTION: The electrolytic capacitor includes: a capacitor element 12 in which an anode foil 12a having a dielectric layer on the surface thereof and a cathode foil 12b laminated thereon being interposed by a separator 12c, and on the surface of each of the anode foil 12a, the cathode foil 12b and the separator 12c, a conductive polymer layer of conductive polymer fine particles is formed; a pair of lead wires 11a and 11b each one end of which is connected to the capacitor element 12; a drive electrolyte impregnated with the capacitor element 12; and a housings 15 that seals the capacitor element 12 together with the drive electrolyte with the pair of lead wires 11a and 11b the other ends of which are pulled out therefrom. The electrolytic capacitor is configured including the separator 12c the airtightness of which is 2.0 s/100 ml or less; and conductive polymer fine particles the particle diameter of which is 100 nm or less and which are contained in a range of 0.3-1.2 mg/cmper unit area of the anode foil. |
