Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fluid control capable of avoiding reduction in cooling effect due to sneaking of an exhaust heat fluid in early stage.SOLUTION: In a back side current plate 21 attached to an apparatus housing rack 10 installed in a communication machine room M so as to cool a housed communication machine M while the cool air ca flows in from the front side and flows out from the back side, a guide 23 is installed above the back side of the apparatus housing rack and guides the warm air wa, that flows out from the back side outflow surface 11 and rises in accordance with the difference from the ambient temperature, in the laterally upward separating direction.
