Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cooler including means for cooling and heating a battery by using heat-transfer fluid.SOLUTION: The battery cooler (1) comprises a device which includes at least one structure plate (2) and one support plate (3) for limiting the channel vertically. A lateral channel boundary (7) is formed on the structure plate (2), and a double flow or multi-flow channel (8) is formed. The channel (8) has a width equal to or larger than two times of the height in the cross section thereof. On the structure plate (2) in the channel (8), some webs (9) to be established in island-shape are placed after each other in the flow direction, and the flow-cross section of the web (9) reduces at a part thereof.
