Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of members, capable of changing, positioning and fixing relative positions in an axial direction of an inner side member and an outer side member.SOLUTION: By inserting a first member 4 to a first through-hole 32 and engaging an engaging surface 4a with a first surface 11, relative movement of an inner side member 10 in one axial direction A to an outer side member 30 is regulated. By inserting a second member 5 to a second through-hole 33 and engaging an engaging surface 5a with a second surface 13, the relative movement of the inner side member 10 in the other axial direction B to the outer side member 30 is regulated, and thus the inner side member 10 and the outer side member 30 are positioned and fixed in the axial direction. Also, by moving back the first member 4 and the second member 5 to an outer peripheral side to change the relative positions of the inner side member 10 and the outer side member 30 and then moving the first member 4 and the second member 5 forward to the side of an axial center C, the inner side member 10 and the outer side member 30 are positioned and fixed in the axial direction in this case as well.
