Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple solar heat storage device for producing comfortable heating effects for a long time by efficiently storing heat from sunlight in a heat storage body and releasing heat from the heat storage body to the indoor side.SOLUTION: The solar heat storage device includes a heat storage body 11 for storing solar radiation heat, and an outside heat insulating member 13 and an inside heat insulating member 15 disposed on outdoor 4 and indoor 5 sides of the heat storage body, respectively, the heat insulating members 13, 15 being controlled to be opened/closed on the basis of a plurality of preset times, the temperature of the heat storage body, and a room temperature. It may include an air flow generating device 17 for delivering warmed air to a lower part on the indoor side. It also may consist of a laminate having a heat insulating member mounted on the reverse of the heat storage body and an opened/closed heat insulating member provided on the indoor side of the laminate so that the laminate and the opened/closed heat insulating member are controlled to be turned upside down and to be opened/closed, respectively, to actualize efficient heat storage and release. Furthermore, the device may be unitized to be installed on a southern window side for heating use in winter and to be installed on a northern window side for cooling use in summer.
