AUTOMATIC DOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic door capable of suppressing decline of air conditioning efficiency while executing opening/closing control based on a detection result by an activation sensor.SOLUTION: The automatic door comprises: an inner side activation sensor 24; an outer side activation sensor 26; and a controller 40 which is capable of controlling opening/closing of the door on the basis of detection of the inner side activation sensor 24 and the outer side activation sensor 26, and has an open timer 45 for timing prescribed time set beforehand. The controller 40 executes control of opening the door when one of the inner side activation sensor 24 and the outer side activation sensor 26 is turned to a detection state of detecting a person or an object, stopping the opening operation of the door at the point of time when the other of the inner side activation sensor 24 and the outer side activation sensor 26 is turned from the detection state to a non-detection state thereafter, and closing the door after timing the prescribed time by the open timer 45.
