Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white ink for inkjet, which can perform recording with enough whiteness and is excellent in dispersion stability as compared with conventional ones.SOLUTION: A hollow particle substantially consisting of only white metal oxide is compounded as a colorant. As the white metal oxide, at least one selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide, zinc oxide, and antimony oxide is desirable. It is desirable that thickness of a white metal oxide layer constituting the hollow particle is ≥40 nm and ≤160 nm.
