Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to drastically improve deposition of Bi and prevent deterioration of coating appearances, such as cissing, aggregates, etc.SOLUTION: The aqueous composition for metal-surface treatment includes cationic resin emulsion, wherein a dispersoid of the cationic resin emulsion contains an amino compound of a modified epoxy resin, a blocked polyisocyanate and a tin compound of formula 1 (wherein, m is 4 or more, n is 0 or more and 10 or less), and the dispersion medium of the cationic resin emulsion is an aqueous composition for metal surface treatment containing Bi ions.
