Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply apparatus capable of supplying power to a load when a battery is processed in open or short while traveling at a low speed during engine stop.SOLUTION: The vehicle power supply apparatus 119, wherein: a DC/DC converter 141 and an accumulating section 149 are connected to a positive terminal 121 through a first switch 137; a vehicle brake load 127 is connected to a brake load terminal 125, and vehicle engine starting load 131 is connected to an engine starting load terminal 129 through a second switch 145; and control circuit 157 controls the DC/DC converter 141 so that a power of the accumulating section 149 may be discharged in such a way that the first switch 137 is cut when a short or open of the battery 113 is detected, and the second switch 145 is connected when an open of the battery 113 is detected while the engine stops during vehicle traveling.
