Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat device on which a seat adjustment mechanism, which adjusts a tilting angle by tilting the upper part of a seat back to the lower part of the seat back in the longitudinal direction, can be assembled into the seat back simply and at a low cost.SOLUTION: The vehicular seat device includes the seat adjustment mechanism 100, which adjusts the tilting angle formed by right and left pairs of side frames 31a, 31b and upper cross members 41a, 41b. The seat adjustment mechanism includes: a right and left pair of extension and contraction mechanisms; first link members; upper cross member side flanged bushings; second link members; side frame side flanged bushings; two pieces of bolts; and two pieces of female thread parts 37, 38, to which two pieces of the bolts are screwed to respectively press and fix the upper cross member side flanged bushings to the upper cross members 41a, 41b and the side frame side flanged bushings to the side frames 31a, 31b.
