METHOD OF COATING LIQUID, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COATING FILM AND LIQUID COATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of coating a coating liquid and a coating liquid coating apparatus by which a coating film with a good appearance in which the thickness of the coating layer is extremely excellent in its uniformity, and the defect of the coating layer is suppressed is stably obtained immediately after the coating is started.SOLUTION: This method of coating a coating liquid includes, in the presence of a space enclosed by a cover disposed on the upstream side, downstream side, both ends and bottom of a measuring bar and in the presence of a coating liquid supply means for supplying the coating liquid to the space, elevating the coating liquid filled in the space by rotation of the measuring bar, coating the coating liquid and measuring the film. Further, the method includes, in the presence of a second measuring bar on the same surface side as that of the measuring bar of the film which is disposed on the downstream side in a moving direction of the film of the measuring bar, making the second measuring bar contact with the film at least when the coating is started and/or ended, and allowing the measuring bar to make contact with, and/or separate, the film while continuing to supply the coating liquid to the space enclosed by the cover of the measuring bar, thus starting and/or ending the coating of the film.
