Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively simple method and device suitable for the case of generating clathrate through heat exchange by direct contact of a first liquid with a second liquid, for a method of suppressing adhesion of the clathrate to a wall surface.SOLUTION: In order to prevent adhesion of the clathrate 4, generated through the heat exchange by the direct contact of the first liquid containing a chemical agent for generating the clathrate with the second liquid not to be practically dissolved in the first liquid, on the inner wall surface 1 of a container C storing a mixture M of the first liquid and the second liquid, turbulence 3 of the first liquid is generated by moving a moving member 2 along the inner wall surface of the container C without being brought into contact with each other.
