A DC power supply Eis connected between the other terminal of the transistor Tand the winding start end of the primary winding N. A load Lis connected between the other terminal of the transistor Tand the other terminal of the transistor T. An output voltage regenerating operation control section 30 controls the transistor Tand the transistor Tto perform step-up/down actions.
