A backflow prevention circuit 12 (1) turns on a first switch SW1 parallel with a body diode D1 with an anode directed to an input terminal P1 if V>V, and (2) turns on a second switch SW2 parallel with a body diode D2 with a cathode directed to the input terminal P1 if V>V.
