Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for easily flattening plural extra fine metal wires placed in parallel with each other at a same time, extra fine metal wires flattened at the front end thereof, an extra fine metal wire processing machine that applies a conductive paste to the flattened plural extra fine metal wires, and processing method of extra fine metal wires using the processing machine.SOLUTION: The extra fine metal wire flattening jig includes: a press surface plate having plural V-grooves formed in parallel with each other in one direction; and a press head having plural wedge-like projections which engage with the V-grooves formed in parallel with each other in one direction. A flat portion is formed on the front end of the wedge-like projection or the front end of the wedge-like projection and on the bottom face of the V-groove in the extra fine metal wire flattening tool. The extra fine metal wires each having flattened front end are manufactured by using the extra fine metal wire flattening tool. The extra fine metal wire processing machine includes the extra fine metal wire flattening jig. The extra fine metal wire processing method uses the extra fine metal wire processing machine.
