SCROLL COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: immediately after start-up or in changing operation conditions during normal operation, a separation state may occur due to insufficient boosting of a back pressure (the turning scroll cannot be pressed to a fixed scroll and is separated from the fixed scroll), and a discharge pressure area formed around a back pressure valve for introducing the discharge pressure to the back pressure chamber in the separation state, is required to be formed around the back pressure valve, while it is difficult to secure sealing property between the discharge pressure area and the back pressure area different in pressure, in a scroll compressor for pressing a turning scroll to the fixed scroll by a back pressure of a back pressure chamber controlled by a back pressure valve.SOLUTION: A flow passage is provided which connects a compression chamber and the back pressure chamber by the back pressure valve in the separation state. By taking advantage of the scroll compressor that the pressure of the compression chamber comes close to the discharge pressure in the separation state, high pressure close to the discharge pressure of the compression chamber flows into the back pressure chamber, the back pressure rapidly increases to quickly restore normal operation from the separation state.
