Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete exfoliation preventive sheet using a new protective sheet which enhances reinforcement strength and reduces construction period, at low construction cost; and a construction method using the same.SOLUTION: A concrete exfoliation preventive sheet 10 for covering the surface of concrete includes a fiber yarn net 4 and a nonwoven fabric 3, which are integrally laminated. A concrete exfoliation preventive method for covering the surface of concrete with the concrete exfoliation preventive sheet to be fixed comprises the steps of: applying a primer and adhesive to the surface of concrete as a first layer, laminating the concrete exfoliation preventive sheet 10 thereon as a second layer such that the fiber yarn net 4 faces the surface of concrete, and applying an adhesive thereon as a third layer.
