Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a coating composition which is excellent in adhesion and heat resistance to a silicone protective film, and various hardly adhesive metal materials and plastic materials, and can form a coating film having a small amount of volatile component; and a lamp in which the quality of a reflective member is maintained over a long term and the volatile component hardly adheres to a cover.SOLUTION: The coating composition comprises: a vinyl polymer (A) which is produced by polymerizing a vinyl monomer mixture comprising a vinyl monomer having an amino group; and a compound (B) which has an epoxy group and a hydrolyzable silyl group in one molecule, wherein the glass transition temperature of the vinyl polymer (A) is 35-70°C.
