Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector capable of preventing battery performance from declining while improving safety.SOLUTION: There is provided a collector (a positive electrode collector 11) having a multilayer structure in which a resin layer 13 is sandwiched between conductive layers 14. The collector has a folding region E in which an end part thereof is folded up two times or more in an identical direction, and the conductive layers 14 sandwiching the resin layer 13 in the folding region E are electrically connected to each other. Then, the insides of the end part forming the folding region E of the collector are arranged in a state of not coming into contact with each other in all of areas (that is, in a state of separating from each other, or a state of coming into contact with each other in a partial area).
