PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of the execution efficiency of a specific command.SOLUTION: A distribution control device retains processing states of a distributed server group for every predetermined time till a time when a specific command is issued by an administrative server. The distribution control device collects the processing states of the distributed server group for every predetermined time, compares the collected processing states with the retained processing states, and predicts an occurrence of a specific command. Later, when the occurrence of the specific command is predicted, the distribution control device inhibits the transmission of commands other than the specific command to any one of the distributed servers that constitute the distributed server group.
