BATCH TYPE HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batch type heat treatment furnace that can carry out heat treatment at a stable temperature.SOLUTION: The batch type heat treatment furnace includes a furnace body 10 which has a box-shaped furnace body part 11 and carries out heat treatment and a moving carriage 20 which puts a heat-treated body W in and out of the furnace body 10. The moving carriage 20 includes a truck 21 which has a lifting device 40 and moves forward and backward, a lifting base 22 which is provided right above the truck 21 and moved up and down by the lifting device 40, a column 23 which is erected from a rear part of the lifting base 22, and a fork 24 which extends forward from the column 23. The furnace body 10 includes a space part 12 which is formed right below the furnace body part 11 and into which the truck 21 and lifting base 22 move, a gateway 13 which is formed at a rear part of the furnace body part 11 to be large enough for the fork 24 mounted with the heat-treated body W to enter, a pedestal 14 which is provided in the furnace body part 11, has a recessed part 14a allowing the fork 24 to enter therein and is mounted with the heat-treated body W on an upper surface, and a door part 16 which opens and closes the gateway 13.
