Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition providing a transparent coated film (hard coat layer) having excellent adhesiveness, particularly excellent adhesiveness even in contact with warm water, and high hardness and excellent scratch resistance, on the surface of a plastic lens substrate.SOLUTION: This coating composition for forming a hard coat layer includes: (A) 100 pts.mass of an inorganic oxide microparticle; (B1) 50-350 pts.mass of an epoxy group-containing silicon compound having an epoxy group and a hydrolyzable group; and (C) 0.1-10 pts.mass of a ketimine group-containing compound having a ketimine group.
